In these cases, smegma, the oily and cheesy-like secretion of the sebaceous glands in
the prepuce cause irritation of the glans. This is also carcinogen to the female cervix.

Definition
when the retraction of the prepuce over the glans constricts the neck
of the glans and interferes with the blood supply.
Circumcision should be performed.
