sx: absent pulse, bruit, claudication, HTN, FUO, fatigue, pain w/ exercise
dx: angiography, MRA, bx or aorta/affect vessel, elevated ESR/CRP, anemia
tx: prednisone 1mg/kg for 1 mo then taper, or other rheum drugs

tx: prednison 1 mg/kg, cyclophoshamide
