  1. Advantage: Decisions are made at a national level so there is no argument. Disadvantage: There is no checks and balances
  2. Aadvantage: The national and state agree on whats best. Disadvantage: The national and state levels don't always agree.
  3. Advantage: Federal government can't be too powerful. Disadvantage: There isnt enough power in the national level for an army, taxes, or funding.
