Symptom: Something that is felt. (sore throat, cramping, dizziness, pain)

Definition

Acute: Disappears quickly, short lived.

 

Chronic: Sticks around for a long time.

Definition

Casual: Data proof that something caused something else. (HIV causes AIDS)

 

Coincidental: Two things that can be present at the same time, but are not necessarily related. (smoking and having lung cancer)
