180 degrees per turn
1st turn (G-Warmup) is 4-4.5Gs 70% of the turn 10 degrees nose low. 2nd turn (G-Awareness) 5-5.5Gs 70% of the turn 18-20 degrees nose low.

Lazy 8
Definition
Airspeed: 350 kts
Altitude: 4-6k
Distance: 6 Miles
Throttle Position: 95%
Fuel Used: 100 lbs

Find a reference point 90 degrees from the present heading. Looking for 30 degrees nose high at 45 degress through the turn. Goal is to have 200kts in 90 degree angle of bank as the nose falls through the horizon. Fly the nose same degrees nose low as nose high. Airspeed and altitude should be the same as the entry parameters.

Airspeed: 500kts
Altitude: 8-10k
Distance: 5 NM
Throttle Position: MIL
Fuel Used: 150 lbs

Wings level with 10k of airspace above, pull to 5Gs, when you feel the buffet on the jet pull to maintain the green dounut. Over the top should have ~200kts and 8k below minimum. At about 30-45 degrees nose low cross-check altimeter to coordinate level off same a/s and altitude that you started.
Term
Cuban Eight
Definition
Airspeed: 500 kts
Altitude: 8-10k
Distance: 7 NM
Throttle Position: MIL
Fuel Used: 200lbs

Similar references as loop in the pull and over the top, 45 degrees nose low inverted roll to upright position, continue to hold 45 degrees nose low, vary pull to reach same entry parameters to start second half of cuban eight.

Lead pull by 500' for each 10 degrees nose low.
