2oz Light Rum

2 tbsp Cream of Coconut

1/2oz Fresh/Canned Pineapple

Blend until smooth

Garnish: Pineapple/Cherry

In Blender:

1 Cup Ice

1 1/2oz Tequila

1/2oz Triple Sec

1/2oz Rose's Lime

3oz Sour Mix

Blend until smooth

Pour into SALTED GLASS

In a MIXER GLASS filled with ice:

2 tsp Sugar

2oz Lime Juice

Stir/Muddle

Fill glass with ice

1 1/2oz Tequila

1/2oz Triple Sec

Shake then strain into a salted glass

Separate:

12oz Beer in chilled Mug

Process:

Light 151 layer, then drop into beer mug and have customer drink IMMEDIATELY.

1 tsp Horseradish

3 Dashes of Hot Sauce

3 Dashes of Worcestershire

1 Dash Lime Juice

3 Dashes of Celery Salt

3 Dashes of Pepper
