  • NEPHRITIC
  • Type 2 hpersensitivity, IC's dep. in gloms
  • History of recent strep, infection 1-4 weeks prior
  • Increased ASO titers, ↓ blood C3
  • M- tufts ↑cellularity, endothelial messangial cells swell and prolif, MN, monocytes, RED CASTS
  • IF - IgM, IgG, C3 along GBM and messangium
  • EM - Scattered subepithelial humps
