Describe the R:44 process:

• ePREMIS captures electronic ADR notification from the payor.
• CST submits an email to the MRT.
• The MRRM and/or HIC update the ADR Starpoint site.
• The HIC works the ADRs and assembles an ADR package.
• The HIC provides clear comments in BORIS Billing/Maxine. (documenting action taken to obtain support documentation and the date the ACR package was submitted to the MAC).
• The HIC submits completed packets to scan into BORIS Imaging.
