Hamilton established the first national bank.Hamilton supported a loose interpretation of the Constitution, allowing congress to make the laws. After a long debate congress finally agreed to make a national bank. Hamilton's idea helped economy grow.Hamilton's Federalist party then sided with Britain.Hamilton believed that one day the U.S.A. would be as great as Britain.

Definition
The whisky rebellion started because congress started putting taxes on whisky. Farmers harvesting the grain found that it was to expensive to pay the taxes so they rebelled about paying.To stop the laws they lower the costs and some farmers opened up and paid. Some farmers did not however.George Washington and Alexander Hamilton Thought these People are a threat to the national government.They believed that the rebellion was a challenge to how the new nation would enforce its laws.

Definition
Republicans were punished for writing bad things about president john Adams. The republicans didn't like the laws they went against the amendments. The republicans searched for states who would help them. Jefferson and Madison wrote resoulutions. Then the protest died and the states theory was not forgotten though.It will be proven and again tested.
