Term
"....tiny eyes ov a gun and di tummy ov a teddy"
Definition
The metaphors used to describe the narrator's bride are quite unexpected. Neither sound particularly attractive, but it is clear that he loves her. They also tell us a lot about his wife: using the comparison of the "gun" tells usĀ  she's assertive, but "teddy" suggests affection and softness.
Term
"my bride"

Repetition suggests he's proud of her and can't stop thinking about her. The fact that he says "bride" instead of wife hints that the marriage is still new and exciting.
Term
