Bronchi: bronchoconstriction-Don’t give to asthma

GI: increase motility, increase gastric acid secretion, and relaxation of sphincters-Don’t give to bowel obstruction (ruptured bowel and peritonitis) or stomach ulcers
Bladder: detrusor contracts, sphincter relaxes-Don’t give to bladder obstruction (rupture)
Salivary, lacrimal, mucus, sweat glands – increase secretion-Don’t give to pt. with risk of aspiration from tubes and saliva in their throats
