Definition
Actinic Chelitis. This is the lip version of actinic keratosis. Treat by sending to OMFS for biopsy.

The likely condition is ALL (leukemia) and you would refer for blood test.

Definition
This is a parulis and is the result of a large apical abscess. You would treat by using a gutta percha point to trace the abscess as well as perform tooth testing to locate affected tooth. Extract or RCT.

This is a smokeless tobacco keratosis and could be managed by stopping usage of the product.

This is an osteosarcoma and we can help tell this by the fact that there is uniform PDL widening.

This is likely pemphigoid. It could also be pemphigus or chronic ulcerative stomatitis. You would need to have a DIF and tissue in formalyn test done to confirm.

Definition
1) OKC, 2) ameloblastoma, 3) central giant cell granuloma, 4) traumatic bone cyst. Remember that needle aspiration will yield a keratin fluid for OKC, nothing for ameloblastoma, and nothing for traumatic bone cyst.

This is a hemangioma and you would monitor this, expecting it to resolve over time. If it does not resolve, the physician my inject a sclerosing agent to aid in removal.
