Definition

Visitng and inspecting the project premises before shipment and installation to confirm that everything is ready for the work. Must report any problems to the owner. Responsible for the acts and submissions of all subcontractors and other people performing work under a contract with the contractor. Not contractors responsibility to have contract documents conform to building codes, ordinances, and other regulations. Must notify the interior designer in writing if discrpancy of building codes
