Adult:

2mg IN/IM/IV; titrate IV dose to effect. MR 

If patient refuses transport:

2mg IM additional dose

PEDS:

PDC IN/IM/IV; MR

ADULTS/PEDS:

For opioid dependant pain management patients: "use caution and titrate".
