An individual referred to the SMCR by a unit member or other contact and decides to be interviewed by a recruiter and enlists
A former Marine (not affiliated with SMCR) who the unit contacts while working the IRR lest and decides to reenlist into the Regular Marine Corps
A non-obligor in the SMCR unit who reenlist in the Regular Marine Corps
