It about a way establish and manage the project and the involvement of relevant stakholders according to our integrated and defined process.

Definition

DST's project process is tailoredby each quality procedure which indicates the standard processes for a given situation.  The process should be followed "as is".

Definition

Organization process assets that a PM uses to plan a project, such as AAAP, are the PMP Instructions which helps develop the PMP to plan the contact. 

 

 For example, section 2.2 of the PMP provides the effort, task and cost estimates to establish the contract.

Definition
Project standard work enviroment we use MS Project  and Excel

4. Discuss how this project's plans are integrated with other project plans.
Definition

Project plans are integrated into other project plans by references to different departments in our QP's.  

For examples in various section in the PMP other QP procedures are referenced -section 1.5 talks about acquisition resources (QP13), Section 2.5 Staffing (QP 14)  2.7 talks about Program Measures which is QP8, 2.7 Risk Management (QP 19)and 2.4-2.12

5. Describe how the project is managed using the integrated plans
Definition

I manage AAAP by using the PMP . As mentioned before the PMP integrates various QPs to manage the the project.  For example. -- QP 10 -Business Solution - tracks and mangages contract to ensure obligations are fullfilled and met. We also have montly status meetings to discuss the progress of the contract.  We integrated

QP 1 Document control to manage the changes and updated to the PMP,

QP- 5 - Customer Feeback Procedure - show how we measure the success of DST's interaction with customers.

QP 12 - Control of nonconforming product;

QP 16 Corrective Action Request.

 

QP 10 using Business Solutions On Board Checklist - shows the various stakeholders are involved and montly status meetings to track performance.

QP 14  - Staffing which manages internal and external qualified candiates.

6. Describe what project data and work products are provided to the organization to support process improvement
Definition

Project data that improves our support process in QP10- specifically the  Lessons Learned Review & customer surveys.

Typically after the first year and fouth year of the contract, the PM and all applicable DST depts will participate in a Lesson learned review during which each department  will identify and discuss AAAP SWOTS on the contact.  These are noted on the program schedule and will be used to improve DST processes and procedures.

Any improvement to the proess would be updated through QP 1 Docoument control.

Definition

External Stakeholders are managed by their subcontracts.

Internal Stakeholders are managed through the Issue tracking log where program issssues ae identified discussed nd tracked to closure (QP 10.5.4)

Definition

Staffing is a critical dependcies on AAAP project. They are managed through Recruiting and Sources Form request (QP 14) which dictates the requirements for the candiate before they are hired.  HCM Recruiting and Sourcing Report tracks and show when the Request is filled.

We also manage through our interactions with the customer

9. Describe how coordination issues are resolved, including issue escalation
Definition
Coordination issues are resolved through the Issues tracking Log; resolution is dependent on issue. The issue is  escalated through our corrective action procedure (QP16).
