2 provinces become the leading edge in reform polotics, had many samurais, satsuma begin to acquire the ronin; chosu controllers force the shogunate to chose a date for the shogunate to expell the barbarians in 1863 which is impossible as the westerners have allready integrated themselves, choshu radicals fire upon foreign ships and the foreigners retaliate by destroying the choshu control, and during the choshu weakness setsuma takes over the shogunate, choshu rearm themselves, a setsuma samurai kills a british man in 1862 and setsuma and must pay 100,000 pounds, later on setsuma fires on the british destroying a city, setsuma only pay 25,000 pounds and make a deal to buy a british navy, shogun attacks the choshu radicals and take over the choshu, together the shogun and the readicals take over the choshu capitol, shotgunal navy loses to choshu navy and the satsuma team up with the choshu to take down the shogun
