Programs in Woman's Advancement

• Programs such as 'affirmative action' and 'equal pay for equal work' are still weak
• Aren't as serious as they should be
• Patterns are found not discussed by law

Sex Discrimination

• Jobs with high titles are still viewed as lower than titles of males. 
• 'equal pay for equal work' may reign true but the work is made easier simply because the gender
• Discrimation is yet to be enforced

80% of welfare being women and children supported by woman yet few programs have exested throughout history to give woman decision-making posts or job training

• First 'National Conference for the Repeal of Abortion Laws'
• Laws created for woman, yet men refused to let the woman speak.
