Q:
How do I add images to my flash cards?
A:
There are two different ways to incorporate images into your flash cards. You can create an image only flash card or use the HTML editor to create a visually rich card with both images and text.
  1. If the image is located on your computer, click on the "Images" tab from the "Home" screen. If it is located on the internet and you know the URL, go to step 3.
  2. Upload your image to your collection.
  3. Select or create a card set and choose the Advanced Editor.
  4. Select or create a new card.
  5. Attach the image to the term or definition:

For an image only flash card:

    1. For whichever side of the card you want your image (term or definition), click the link titled "Image".
    2. If you uploaded your own image, select it via the "From your Collection" drop down. If it is located on the internet, enter its URL.

For a visually rich card with both an image and text:

    1. For whichever side of the card you want your image (term or definition), click the link titled "HTML".
    2. Click the image icon in the second row of formatting buttons at the bottom of the HTML editor.
    3. If you uploaded your own image, select it via the "Your images" drop down. If it is located on the internet, enter its URL.
    4. Click Insert.
  6. Either click "New Card" to create a new card or "Save and Exit" to return to your list of cards.
