-serious adverse psychiatric experiences in 50% of patients

-baseline psyche eval needed

-does not reduce risk of HIV to others

BBW: lactic acidosis & hepatomegaly with fatty liver

obtain baseline blood counts with LFT's (liver function tests)

report jaundice

does not reduce risk of HIV to others
