Your first amendmets rights are limites because you have the rights of freedom of petition,speach,religion,press, and assembly bit when you abuse your rights by causing any harm to other people or ruining other peoples reputation and not taking away the rights of other people. For example if your religion is to sacrafice you endangering the rights of the person and doing harm to the other person.

What is the role of the speaker of the house?
Definition
The speaker of the house is the most powerfull leader within the House of Representatives. The Speaker of the House steers legislation through the House, is also in charhe of floor debates, and influences most other House business. If something happens to the vice president and the president the speaker of the house is next in line to become president if they meet the requirements. The Speakers may talk to dozens of congress members a day.
