What is the basic formula when calculating how many calls can be made when given the codec be used, the payload size, the packet header size, and wheather or not CRTP is being used?
Definition

1. Find out the bit rate of the specified codec.

2. Calculate the total size of the payload. This would be the starting payload + the header size + 40 bytes (IP+UDP+RTP) (2-4 bytes is CRTP is used)

3. Divide the new payload by the starting payload, to get the new percent needed

4. Multiply the new percent with the bit rate for the specified codec

5. Divide the available bandwidth by the new requirement per call
