| ...a Mother Cell has given birth to at least 3 additional Cells of a minimum of 25 Consistent Members in each Cell. This means a Senior Cell Group is made up of at least 4 Cells, has a Membership Strength of 100 Members and the Leader is the Senior Cell Leader (who is the Cell Leader of the Mother Cell Leader). Note that the Senior Cell Leader still leads a Cell while coordinating / monitoring the activities of the other Cells under him/her. |
