Typed single spaced with a double space in between paragraphs; typed after inserting a double space after the salutaion; paragraphs never indented in block letter style.

Typed a double space below writer's ID lines at left margin and includes initials of person who typed letter. Use lowercase letters (cd). Writer's initials are included in capitals followed by the typist's intials (DY/cd).
