Lithium (but we dont know how it works - but might work like Na thus going into that channel and prevents too much Na to go through). NB that hyponatremia is a side-effect as it fools the body into thinking that its the Na. It also fools the thyroid into thinking that its iodine thus hypothyroidism is another side-effect. Same thing with PTH receptors thus high Ca and low Phospherous. It also blocks ADH receptors in the kidney -> nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus (only 2 drugs can cause this)
