HFA and CFC inhalers are a type of MDI inhaler. What is the difference between HFA and CFC inhalers?

Definition

HFA inhalers have softer, less foreful spray. Patients may experience a different taste and feel a warmer spray than with CFC inhalers (which have been discontinued due to environmental concerns). HFA inhalers need to be cleaned more often as they can clog
