Help restlessness, tight muscles, both subjective & Objective symptoms.
Teaching: Can be addictive, not for long term use. Can lead to overdose, have withdrawal symptoms. Wean off drugs slowly. Causes sedation, ataxia, and decreased cognitive functioning.

helps with anxiety and does not cause sedation. Not as effective initially, needs 2-4 weeks. Deals with more subjective feelings. Useful for GAD

Helps with physical symptoms such as tachycardia. Used for social phobias

weaker anxiolytic effect but do not cause addictionb. Causes Anti-cholinergic side effects.
