It did little damage but hitler was furious because he promised it would never be bombed. He changed his strategy. He wanted to bomb britain but they Britain had radar system to figure out where they were headed so Germans had to move fast. Churchhill was a great leader. He put every plane in the air and they won. Hitler abandanoned every idea of conquering GB and turned his attention to "Barbossa" and planned to invade soviet union (nonaggression pact??)

Midway stopped US from japanese invasion. It turned course of the war.
