I: Pectinial line of femur

A: Adduction, Flexion, MR

O: Groove on lateral condyle of femur

I: Posterior surface of tibia just ab ove the popliteal (soleal) line

A: Flexion (initiates flexon) and medial rotation

O: Lateral side of pubic tubercle

I: medial 1/3 of the linea aspera, medial side

A: Adduction, flexion, MR

O: anterior surface of body and inferior ramus of pubic bone, just lateral to the pubic symphysis, deep to longus and pectineus

I: Proximal 1/3 of linear aspera, lateral side

A: adduction, flexion, MR

Pubofemoral part: 

O: Inferior ramus of the pubis

I: Gluteal line and upper linea aspera of femur

Ischiofemoral part:

O: Ischial ramus

I: Linea aspera and medial supracondylar line (continues from pubofemoral part)

Ischiocondylar part (the largest part):

O: Ishial ramus and tuberosity (leave room for the hamstrings)

I: Adductor Tubercle
