Fill up a beer glass up to the level of the shot.  American beer is the best.  Light the shot, drop it in the beer, and CHUG!

1 Baileys Irish Cream

Light the layered cocktail on fire.  Have the guest chug it through a straw while you pour the other two shots in it (don't put the fire out).
