Ingredients:Chill full glass of ice water, set aside, 1/2 oz. lime juice, 1/2 oz. lemon juice, 1 oz. simple syrup, 2 oz. Gin, 1 oz. heavy whipping cream, (reverse dry shake) add ice to shaker and shake for 20 seconds, double strain ice and discard, add 1 large egg white, dry shake (no ice) for 40 seconds, pour in cocktail glass and let sit for 1 min., slowly add 2 oz. of soda water, top with a couple dashes of Orange Flower Water. |
