A Prison in France that was attacked by revolting Parisans because they wanted weapons. The comander of the defending army surrendered because he wanted to negociate, but the parisans saw it as a great victory.

Passed by William and Mary, confirmed parliament’s right to make laws and levy taxes, parliament had to give consent for standing armies to be raised, basically the king couldn’t interfere with parliament. Foundation for constitutional monarchy.
