Sam had low sodium levels, to correct this he took medication. He accidently took too much medication and his sodium levels spiked. He started to have trouble breathing and his facial muscles started to spasm. He felt incredibly tired and started to have double vision. He stood up to get a drink of water, on his way to the sink he almost fell to the floor because of the weakness in his arms and legs, he also noticed this same effect in his face.
