Action: adducts, and flexes thigh, medial rotation when thigh is flexed

I: Lines extending from lesser trochanter to linea aspera plus the linea aspera.
Inn: Obturator nerve, anterior branch (sometimes posterior branch too)
Action: Adducts and flexesthigh; medial rotation when thigh is flexed.

O: Ischial tuberosity, rami of ischium and pubis
I: Linea aspera, medial supracondylar ridge and adductor tubercle
Inn: (Adductor portion) -obturator nerve, posterior branch
(Ischiocondylar portion) -tibial division of sciatic nerve
Action: Adducts thigh, upper portion flexes thigh lower portion extends thigh at hip joint; medial rotation when hip is flexed.
