Why are my Password and Username not being accepted on mobile devices, but they work on the site?
A:
This is most likely caused by how many characters there are in the username and/or password. The username and password have a max length of 10 characters. Please try logging into the mobile application with just the first 10 characters of both the username and password.
If this successfully logs you into your account please consider changing your username and/or password.
