Deformities Midfoot

Definition

-Pes Planus ( FLAT FOOTarch or instep of the foot collapses and comes in contact with the ground)

-Pes Cavus (the sole of the foot is distinctly hollow when bearing weight. That is, there is a fixed plantar flexion of the foot.)

-Adductus (front half of the foot, or forefoot, to turn inward)

Abductus (Permanent eversion of the foot, the inner side alone of the sole resting on the ground; it is usually combined with a breaking down of the plantar arch.)
