Definition
one of the main neurons in the cerebellum that are more vulnerable to the effects of alcohol
Term

Limbic system

  • what are the components?
  • what's its significance?
Definition
  • hippocampus, amygdala, tracts, cingulate gyrus, thalamus, hypothalamus, forebrain
  • regulates emotion, short term memory --> long term memory, visceral responses to sensroy input (stress and emotional response)
