"benito." anyway, he was a liberal from a modest background who rose to power and tried to reform the Mexican government (he <3 education) but then that Santa Anna dude came along and exiled him. you know, I really don't like Santa Anna. but I do admire his persistence. he totally did not give up when the Texans caught him with a (probably) underage girl in his tent and then made him surrender in his pajamas. he just kept trying to beat down democracy and the power of the people.... |
