“Wow really Devon, really?” sneered Nicole. 

“What's your problem.” I said. 

“Well, why did you have to eat my pancakes?”

“I didn't touch your pancakes, calm down.”

“No, this is just a horrible day and I'm not happy."

Brianna always thought of things in a creative way. When thinking of everyday objects she would think of things more artistic and abstract. For example a chair “It isn’t just for sitting, it’s a way to transport yourself to new places.” Some people just aren’t as inspired by everyday objects as her.

As the old man walked up to the store there was a table of Girl Scouts were selling cookies.

“Hello!” the group of girls exclaimed “would you like to buy a box of Girl Scout cookies?  All the proceeds go to our camping trip.”

The old man was looking at the variety of cookies, they looked good.

“How much?” he grumbled

“They’re all $3.00 per box”

“$3.00, you expect me to pay $3.00 for a box of cookies that won’t last, just so you can go on a camping trip?”

“yes?” the girls said sheepishly

“That is too much money for a box of cookies”

And the old man stormed away leaving the girls frightened.

Ben was outside cleaning his motorcycle; he’d been out there almost all day.  He wanted it to shine in the sun, make everyone jealous.  Nicole, his sister, who had been sleeping during this entire time, walks out to see him working on his motorcycle. 

“Ben what are you doing?” she asked

“I’m building a rocket ship so I can go to the moon” he replied. 

Nicole just stared at Ben then walked away because of his response.
