Uses: Acute Rx migraine

Action: Selective serotonin agonist, causes vasoconstriction

Dose: Initial 2.5 mg PO, may repeat after 2 h, 10 mg max in 24 h

CI: Ischemic heart dz, prinzmetal angina, uncontrolled HTN, accessory conduction pathway disorders, ergots, MAOIs
