full bladder w/ a catheter and not draining, kinked catheter tube. full bowels --> high sympathetic response. excessive exercise . open wound.

severe hypertension, diaphoretic above lesion, pounding headache, blotchy skin, goose bumps.

It is a medical emergency. CALL 911. find thhe cause. Sit them UP immediately! Don't recline the legs. Rapid onset assume this will happen w/ any SCI pt.
