  • SCCanda all charges dropped because Sullivan knew that they were not formally trained
  • (the Ontario college of midwives was opened because of this)

  • (you have to be careful when you think something is being done wrong it can still be upheld)

  • he had to prove that he was not going to use the tools for crime 
  • revers onus on this law so they had to change it 

to remember: Holme = breaking into homes

  • wanted bail crown aposed because he was a flight risk 
  • not given it because he could flee and there was no garentie he would turn himself in 
  • plus he was dangerous because he commited murder

  • police searched house without warrant found a bloddy shirt 
  • could not use it at trial 
  • charged with 2nd degree murder 
  • found DNA in garabge (public domian) 
  • he was convicted

only evidence fro  wiretapping

the form for the tap had a lot of mistakes  

because the mistakes were honest they upheld the charges
