insertion: styloid process of radius

origin: anterior, distal, ulna

insertion: anterior, distal radius 

the function of pronator quadratus is that it is the prime mover of pronation of the forearm. 

pronator quadratus also resists separation of the radius and ulna when force is applied through the wrist

origin: medial epidcondyle of humerus and CORONOID process of ulna

insertion: lateral radius

to assist pronator quadratus durin rapid pronation of the warm 

also has a role in weak elbow flexion

origin: lateral epicondyle and supinator crest and fossa of the ulna

insertion: proximal 1/3 of radius

origin: medial epicondyle of humerus

insertion: Metacarpals 2 and 3

origin: medial epicondyle of humerus

and posterior ulna

insertion: pisiform, hammate and metacarpal 5

origin: medial epicondyle of humerus

insertion: flexor retinaculum and palmar aponuerosis

proximal anterior radial shaft

insertion: middle phalanges 2-5

flexion of the wrist and

aids in flexion of digits 2-5, MCPH and IPH joints

origin: proximal 3/4 of the ulna and coronoid process of ulna and the interosseous membrane

insertion: distal phalanges of 2-5

origin: radius and interosseous membraine

insertion: distal phalnyx 1

origin: lateral epicondyle and posterior ulna

insertion: base of MC 5

origin: lateral epicondyle of the humerus

insertion: proximal phalnyx 5
