Definition
To save or make well or whole, used 110 times in teh New Testament. Salvation Healing, Deliverance

Define the "Father Ladder" tool
Definition
A tool that clarifies or emphasizes the connection between the wounds and lies that have been learned from childhood reltionships and our concepts/ relationships with each member of the Godhead.

What defines a "First" in a Sozo session?
Definition
They are the leader of the session, have primary authority and make decisions for the direction of the session.

Definition
The are a backup person, not only for prayer but for relaying to the First any insight God gives them. The First can use or dismiss this direction.

Definition
An observer, used primarily as training for the Sozo Ministry. Also encouraged to intercede for the team and session.

Definition
It is best to back off and try another approach. Don't push a person farther than he or she is willing or able to go.

Definition
People who have been taken captive get free just by a simple prayer of "brushing off". If this does not work in the session, the person may be a "prisoner"

Definition
If (as in Matt 18) they are unwilling to forgive a debt, or another.

Why is it CRITICAL that forgiveness happens in the Sozo session?
Definition
IF the person is not willing to forgive, they are in a prison that we do not have the key for, apart from God's grace and intervention, we cannot set them free.

If a person is not able to forgive a LARGE injustice in their life, what is a way a person can be led to help them?
Definition
Start with SMALL injustice. Ask if there is anyone they ARE able to forgive.

Why do we not focus on the SIN of a person's life during a session?
Definition
We are looking for the wounds and DOORS in a person's life that have opened the doors to sin.

Why is it important to "check youself at the door'?
Definition
We need to discerne good and evil, to see if anything has "changed" in the spiritual atmosphere. We can then pray a prayer to shift or confront the atmosphere directly.

Definition
Pay attention to how you "feel". Hopeful? Dread? These should give you clues to how to proceed.

Definition
You may confront the atmosphere directly, pray a prayer to shift the atmosphere or simply take note of the negative, for later work.

They are praising God, they are expressing a desire for help. God wants us to ask in order to receive.

Definition
Stop, speak to the Lord in prayer language, ask the 2nd, ask who the Sozoee can forgive.

Why are pictures important and good to use in a Sozo?
Definition
Pictures, visualization of past events or aspects of the Godhead speak volumes from the heart and to the heart. They are a "language"of the heart. They serve well to implement or usher in truth to the heart.

James 4:7 says "Resist the devil and he shall flee from you." How does that apply to a Sozo?
Definition
Sozo's replace lies with truth, they take strongholds from the enemy of our souls. When light dispels darkness, deliverance occurs and the enemy has to flee.

Definition
To usher in the truth to the place where a lie once resided in the person.

So that the Sozoee knows that the ministry they are receiving is from the Holy Spirit and not from man.

Definition
God commands us to forgive. Without forgiveness by the blood of Jesus there is no freedom for the captive or prisoner and the Sozo cannot proceed.

Why is it important to address all three aspects of the Godhead in a Sozo?
Definition
To reveal the REAL truth of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to the Sozoee and replace the lies they formerly believed.

Why is it important to find which person of the Godhead the Sozoee feels most comfortable?
Definition
To start the Sozoee in their comfort zone so that the oil of the Holy Spirit can flow to their heart and reveal even more truth.

Definition
Embark on a road of discovery by further questions, ask about inter-family relationships, look for hurts, unforgiveness. Ask, who can you forgive?

Definition
the length of the Sozo, you are the reporter, what they see sense or feel,
confidential, HS guided, gentle, no right or wrong answers.

Definition
To cleans the atmosphere and make no place for the offending spirits to attach to anyone present.

Definition
Every time they are led to forgive, it is "by the blood of Jesus"

Definition
James 4:7, Sozos are about replacing the devils lies with God's truth, showing the love of God and forgiveness through the blood of Jesus. Sozos also point people to their true identity in Christ, when this happens sin stongholds dissolve, the person gets blood washed in Christ and the devils must flee.

Definition
A general statement that is a great opener for a Sozo, allowing the Sozoee to focus on why they are there.

This statement is actually a strong "salvo" against the enemy, allowing the person to self examine and point out the wall or walls by which the Sozo minister can pray through.

Definition
A question that brings a blank slate to a person's visualization, calling on Papa God to write messages of love, OR plumbing a person's soul and revealing their harsh untruths about God.

To allow the Sozoee to visualize the wall and ask God to reveal the circumstances behind their spiritual bondage and negative belifes.

A negative blockage in a persons soul that impedes the flow of God's love which can activate that person's gifting and character in Christ.

What happens when a person is set free in a successful Sozo ministry experience?
Definition
The Sozoee is hopefully restored to a much better relationship with Father God, their family and associates. They are more free to love and be loved by God and people. They are more aware of their new creation as God's child and as a mighty warrior in Christ.

I Cor 14:1 says "Pursue love and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophecy." Why is this important for Sozo ministry?
Definition
Prophecy is God speaking into a person's life. God is doing the counseling in a Sozo, touching the person deeply to effect positive and hopefully lasting changes.
