Definition
Arrest or Post Arrest / Airway Obstruction with inadequate vent = closest PCCC if equidistant to non PCCC facility.
Hypotension w/Shock, Status Epilepticus, Acute deteriorating LOC = closest PCCC

Definition
Go to micro surg. ctr. if any of the following are met -Trauma Triage criteria:
Isolated amputation or partial amp. distal to ankle or wrist.
Extensive facial / lip / ear avulsion.
Penile amp.

Burn Transport Criteria
Definition
If Pt without Trauma, then: Pediatrics go to St Francis. Any Pt meeting the following goes to closest burn ctr. Partial Thickness >10% Face, eyes, ears, hands, feet, perineum or major joints. 3rd degree burns of any age. Serious Elec / Chem Inhalation injuries

Go to closest OB ctr with any of:
Breech presentation
Limb present.
Vaginal bleeding w/shock
Prolapse cord / nuchal cord
Actively seizing / post seizure
No prenatal care during pregnancy

All others: go to routine OB facility of their choice
