(1) "Rx Only" or "Caution: Federal Law Prohibits Dispensing Without Prescription"

(2) "Caution: Federal Law Restricts This Device To Sales Or Use On The Order Of a Physician"

(3) "Caution: Federal Law Restricts This Drug To Use Or On The Order Of A Veterinarian"
