Threats to internal validity:

Ambiguous temporal precedence

Definition
Did the treatment/environment/study really come first? or was the change present before the treatment/environment/study?
Term

Threats to internal validity:

Differential Selection

Definition
  • Groups aren't really equivalent
  • extraneous variable might be influencing the DV
Term
