| The CEI serves as the formal operational reporting method between collegiate chapters and the National Fraternity. The index awards points in eleven sections representing basic operational requirements in recruitment, membership, finances, professional and service programs, and leadership development. The annual goal and expectation of all collegiate chapters is 100 points. Obtaining 100 points demonstrates the chapter met all fundamental business requirements for successful operations. |
