 c. Notify his supervisor as soon as it is feasible to do so;
 d. After initial attempts to recapture the prisoner are successful or unsuccessful, notify the officer's immediate supervisor; and
 e. Complete a General Offense Report and other applicable reports to document the ESCAPE
