Definition
This is the largest internal organ int the pig's body. It consists of four main lobes. Locate each. The liver has many functions, but one of those is to make bile to aid in fat digestion.

Definition
Lift the lower lobe of the liver into which the umbilical vein enters. Embedded in the wall of lower surface of this lobe you will find the gallbladder. It is a greenish brown color. This stores bile which helps digest fat.
